Refund Processing: All refunds are processed by Paddle.com as our merchant of record. Refund requests are subject to both our policy and Paddle's terms of service.

This Refunds Policy applies to purchases of digital photographs made through Ivan With Whales (the “Website”). We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Within 24 Hours, Not Downloaded: You may request a refund within the first 24 hours after purchase, provided that the digital file has not been downloaded.
  • Accidental Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital photograph more than once, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate transaction(s).
  • Significant Difference from Preview/Description: If the delivered image significantly differs from the preview or description shown on the Website, you may request a refund. Please provide details and supporting evidence when submitting your request.
  • Corrupted or Undeliverable Files: If the file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is otherwise undeliverable, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us with details of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • File Already Downloaded: Refunds are not available once the digital file has been downloaded, except in cases of accidental double purchase or file corruption.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Subjective Preferences: Refunds are not available if you simply did not like the photograph or for other subjective reasons.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe and provide your order details, the reason for your request, and any supporting evidence. We reserve the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information to process your refund.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and returned to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
